Short Bio:
I need funding to take over a partially developed holiday resort and develop and grow it into a luxury resort in our area
The resort has swimming pools, slides, a hall, lapa, bar , a few chalets and camp sites. We want to take it over and further develop 10 to 20 chalets and 20 to 30 camp sites and a fishing area . On the other part we would like to develop a conference and wedding venue. This will also include a restaurant. Walking trails and kids play area . There is also spade and potential for an organic vegetable tunnel and a few more options . The property already has a complete solar system and is 27 hectares in total . There were more spent up to date on infrastructure and equipment than the asking price
