PayDuka Retail Payment
PayDuka is raising $1.69M to scale a blockchain-powered payment ecosystem (PDuka token, Polygon) that gives African informal retailers low-cost digital payments and instant settlement.
PayDuka is a blockchain-powered retail payment ecosystem built for African merchants, deployed on Polygon Mainnet. Our PDuka token settles 97.5% of every transaction to merchants in ZARP, with a small burn and treasury fee funding sustainable growth. Founded by a former Shoprite/Checkers Sales Manager with firsthand insight into informal retail pain points, PayDuka already has a working merchant console, Supabase-backed transaction infrastructure, and active partnerships (WAPPoint for hardware/compliance, PowerSync for offline-first sync, Tokozweni Construction for delivery logistics). We’re raising through a structured ICO (Seed, Round 1, Round 2 — ~$1.69M total target) to fund merchant onboarding, hardware rollout, and platform scaling across South Africa and the broader SADC region. We’re seeking investors and strategic partners who understand African fintech and want exposure to a live, revenue-generating payment network rather than a pre-launch concept.
