AfriSwitch is a WhatsApp-based Technology Service Provider (TSP) that connects African mobile money operators, banks, and global trading platforms through a single payment switch. The platform operates on a non-custodial model, meaning it never holds customer funds but securely routes transactions between licensed financial institutions. Using pre-funded settlement accounts with its partners, AfriSwitch enables instant deposits, withdrawals, cross-border transfers, and P2P payments across multiple African countries. Users can send money directly from a selected mobile wallet to another mobile wallet, bank account, or trading platform such as Deriv through a simple WhatsApp interface.
