I have capital available and I’m looking to invest in a petrol station development in a fast-growing town. I want a partner who already understands the local demand and has identified a site where one can be set up. I’m interested in coming in as a long-term investor to help secure the land, develop the forecourt, and position the garage early so we can benefit from the surge in traffic and economic activity that’s coming.
